If the customer receive anything that is damaged, the customer must contact UPS and start a claim. They will probably want a written report, photos, see the shipping box, the packing materials and they may want to inspect it. Please inform us of the situation, as soon as possible.
We do not accept returned items on clearance or seasonal items. All returns must be approved by the shipper and must be returned within 10 days.
Returned items must be in original condition.
