We do not ship International. We ship by UPS.
We ship under the direction of UPS. Which includes their shipping zones.
The calculation of the shipping depends on the distant, the weight of the package and the size, determined by UPS.
If an item is losted or received damage, the customer must start a claim with UPS. Any other inquiries, please contact us.
Shipping will take place within 3 days unless it is a ceramic item that is currently not in stock, then please allow 1-2 weeks for it to be completed and shipped. Since we have a Brick and Mortar, some items sell out in the store.
